Cancellation Policy: Full Refunds will be issued for tickets cancelled with more than 60 days notice. Tickets cancelled up to 30 days prior to the event (and not more than 60 days) will be issued a 50% refund. Tickets cancelled within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.

All conference attendees and any accompanying guests are solely responsible for arranging and maintaining their own comprehensive travel insurance coverage for the duration of their travel and attendance at the conference.

Travel insurance should include, where applicable, coverage for medical expenses, personal injury, accident, loss or theft of personal belongings, travel delays, cancellation, and any other risks associated with travel and participation in the conference.

The conference organiser does not provide travel insurance and accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, injury, illness, expense, disruption, or claim arising from an attendee's or guest's failure to obtain adequate insurance coverage. By registering for and attending the conference, attendees acknowledge and agree that obtaining appropriate travel insurance is their own responsibility
